The invention discloses a mobile energy comprehensive utilization system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a solar energy utilization mechanism, an expansion work recovery mechanism, a thermoelectric power generation module, a battery, a semiconductor refrigeration module and an air duct. The solar energy utilization mechanism comprises a photovoltaic photo-thermal plate, a positive displacement type pump and a throttling valve and is connected with the hot end of the temperature difference power generation module. The expansion work recovery mechanism comprises a low-temperature fuel storage tank, a throttling valve, an ejector and an evaporator and is connected with the cold end of the thermoelectric power generation module. The thermoelectric power generation module and the photovoltaic photo-thermal plate are directly connected with the battery to supply power to the battery, and the battery is additionally connected with the semiconductor refrigeration module to supply power to the semiconductor refrigeration module. The evaporator and the semiconductor refrigeration module are jointly placed in the air duct. The temperature difference power generation module supplies power to the battery through the expansion work recovery effect of the ejector and the photovoltaic photo-thermal plate, the semiconductor refrigeration module is supplied with power through the part of electric energy, energy recovery of the whole system is achieved, the temperature is further reduced through the combined action of the system and the evaporator, and precise temperature and humidity control is achieved. Therefore, the purposes of energy recycling and cooling are achieved.
一种移动式能量综合利用系统及其控制方法,该系统包括太阳能利用机构、膨胀功回收机构、温差发电模块、电池、半导体制冷模块、及风道。太阳能利用机构包括光伏光热板、正排量式泵和节流阀并与温差发电模块的热端相连。膨胀功回收机构包括低温燃料储罐、节流阀、喷射器、蒸发器并与温差发电模块的冷端相连。温差发电模块和光伏光热板分别直接与电池相连为其供电,电池另外与半导体制冷模块相连为其供电。蒸发器与半导体制冷模块共同放置于风道中。本发明利用喷射器的膨胀功回收作用和光伏光热板使温差发电模块给电池供电,并利用该部分电能给半导体制冷模块供电,实现整体系统能量回收并与蒸发器共同作用使温度进一步降低并达到精准的控温控湿,从而达到了能量回收利用降温的目的。
