And the high-temperature air is used for heating a cab or a cabin through a second outlet. The cooling liquid from the first heat exchanger continuously enters the third heat exchanger. And in the third heat exchanger, the cooling liquid exchanges heat with hydrogen. The temperature of the cooling liquid is continuously reduced and the temperature of the hydrogen is continuously increased. And the hydrogen from a hydrogen source exchangesheat with the air in the second heat exchanger. The temperature of the hydrogen is increased. The temperature of the air is reduced. And the low-temperature air is used for cooling the cab or the cabin through a fourth outlet. The energy comprehensive utilization system realizes allocation of energy among the cooling liquid, the air and the hydrogen, and further realizes comprehensive utilizationof internal energy of a fuel cell vehicle.
