The input end of the adjustable damping mechanism is in transmission connection with the power transmission mechanism; active force is provided for vibration reduction of vibration of the motion conversion mechanism through the electric driving mechanism, and passive damping force with controllable damping force is provided for vibration reduction of vibration of the motion conversion mechanism through the adjustable damping mechanism. In the adjustable damping mechanism, a cavity in a damper shell is filled with magnetorheological fluid, a damper rotating shaft is arranged in the cavity of the damper shell, a damping channel is formed in the space between the damper rotating shaft and the damper shell, and a magnet exciting coil is arranged in the damping channel.
