The invention discloses a high-integration full-active electromechanical suspension actuator which comprises an electric driving mechanism, a motion conversion mechanism and a basic damping mechanism, and the output end of the electric driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the vibration output end of the motion conversion mechanism through a power transmission mechanism in a rotating motion mode. The input end of the basic damping mechanism is in transmission connection with the power transmission mechanism; the motion conversion mechanism achieves mutual conversion between linear motion and rotary motion, the linear motion end of the motion conversion mechanism serves as a vibration input end, the rotary motion end of the motion conversion mechanism serves as a vibration output end, and main power is provided for vibration reduction of vibration of the motion conversion mechanism through the electric driving mechanism. Passive damping force is provided for vibration reduction of vibration of the motion conversion mechanism through the basic damping mechanism. The damping device has the advantages that active and passive damping mechanisms are effectively combined, the excellent damping effect can be achieved under the low-frequency, intermediate-frequency and high-frequency working conditions, and the smoothness and the handling stability of an automobile are improved.

    本发明公开了一种高集成全主动机电悬架执行器,包括电驱动机构、运动转换机构,执行器还包括基础阻尼机构,电驱动机构的输出端与运动转换机构的振动输出端通过动力传递机构实现旋转运动的传动连接,基础阻尼机构的输入端与动力传递机构之间传动连接;运动转换机构实现直线运动与旋转运动的相互转换,运动转换机构的直线运动端作为振动输入端,运动转换机构的旋转运动端作为振动输出端,通过电驱动机构为运动转换机构振动的减振提供主动力,通过基础阻尼机构为运动转换机构振动的减振提供被动阻尼力。本发明的优点:有效结合主动和被动阻尼机制,在低频、中频和高频工况下都能发挥优良的减振作用,提高汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性。
