The invention relates to the technical field of batteries, and discloses a battery replacement system, a battery replacement control method, a battery replacement station and a battery replacement control device.The method comprises the steps that a battery management system obtains electric quantity data and temperature data of a battery cell; judging whether the electric quantity data is smaller than a preset electric quantity threshold and whether the temperature data is larger than a first preset temperature threshold; setting a target electric quantity threshold in response to the fact that the electric quantity data is smaller than a preset electric quantity threshold, and generating a charging instruction according to the target electric quantity threshold; in response to the fact that the temperature data is larger than a first preset temperature threshold value, setting a target temperature threshold value, and generating a liquid cooling instruction according to the target temperature threshold value; the charging instruction and the liquid cooling instruction are sent to a station control end through the battery rack; the station control end obtains a charging instruction and a liquid cooling instruction sent by the battery management system, and controls and starts a charging unit to supply power to a battery according to the charging instruction; and controlling and starting the liquid cooling unit to cool the battery according to the liquid cooling instruction. The method can improve the charging efficiency and prolong the service life of the battery.

    本发明涉及电池技术领域,公开了一种换电系统、换电控制方法、换电站以及换电控制装置,其中,方法包括:电池管理系统获取电芯的电量数据以及温度数据;判断电量数据是否小于预设电量阈值,温度数据是否大于第一预设温度阈值;响应于电量数据小于预设电量阈值,设定目标电量阈值,并根据目标电量阈值生成充电指令;响应于温度数据大于第一预设温度阈值,设定目标温度阈值,并根据目标温度阈值生成液冷指令;将充电指令以及液冷指令通过电池架发送到站控端;站控端获取电池管理系统发送的充电指令以及液冷指令,根据充电指令控制开启充电机组为电池供电;根据液冷指令控制开启液冷机组为电池降温。本发明的方法,能够提高充电效率,提升电池寿命。
