The invention discloses a lifting tool for maintenance of a lifting air cylinder of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor spent fuel charging device, and relates to the technical field of maintenance of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor spent fuel charging device. The air cylinder piston rod is located at the upper end of the lifting air cylinder. Wherein the lifting ring assembly is connected to the upper end of the outer cylinder through threads, the lifting handle is used for being connected with the core rod body, the core rod body and the clamping jaw sliding block are connected into a whole through the core rod lower connector and the core rod connecting nut, and the clamping jaw base is connected with the outer cylinder through a stainless steel screw. And the guide wheel and the clamping jaw body are both mounted on the outer barrel. The invention provides an effective solution to deal with the maintenance problem of the lifting cylinder in the spent fuel charging device; a matching mechanism of the clamping jaw and the clamping jaw opening sliding block is specially designed, and accurate grabbing of the piston rod of the air cylinder is achieved.
