The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical design, and particularly relates to a spent fuel transfer container indoor lifting appliance and a lifting method.The lifting appliance comprises a lengthening rod, a lifting appliance cross beam, a pneumatic connector, a connecting rod a, a connecting rod b, a connecting rod c, grabbing lugs and a steel wire rope; the extension bar is connected with a ring crane in a reactor hall, and the extension bar is fixedly connected with the lifting appliance cross beam; a pneumatic connector is arranged on the lifting appliance cross beam and connected with a connecting rod a, one end of the connecting rod a is fixed on the lifting appliance cross beam, the connecting rod a is further connected with a connecting rod b and a connecting rod c which are connected with the grabbing lugs, and the bottom of the lifting appliance cross beam is connected with a steel wire rope. The device is used for solving the problem that a traditional fuel hanging basket indoor lifting appliance is not matched with a spent fuel transfer container, and is used for the lifting operation of the transfer container in a reactor hall, entering and exiting a refueling well and installing a shielding plug, so that the safety and reliability of the lifting operation of the transfer container are ensured.

    本发明属于机械设计技术领域,具体涉及一种乏燃料转运容器室内吊具及吊装方法,该吊具包括加长杆、吊具横梁、气动接头、连杆a、连杆b、连杆c、抓耳和钢丝绳;加长杆与反应堆大厅内的环吊连接,加长杆与吊具横梁连接固定;吊具横梁上设有一个气动接头,气动接头上连接着一根连杆a,连杆a一端固定在吊具横梁上,连杆a上还连接了两条与抓耳相连的连杆b和连杆c,吊具横梁底部连接钢丝绳。本发明用于改善传统燃料吊篮室内吊具与乏燃料转运容器不匹配的问题,用于转运容器在反应堆大厅和进出换料井以及安装屏蔽塞的吊装作业,以保证转运容器吊装作业的安全性和可靠性。
