The invention relates to the technical field of satellite load thermal balance tests, in particular to a thermal control device for a satellite load vacuum thermal balance test. The heat isolation cabin is mounted above the supporting assembly; the heat dissipation assembly comprises a heat dissipation plate arranged on one side plate of the heat isolation cabin, a first heat rapid transfer assembly connected with the heat dissipation plate and the heat isolation cabin, and a first heater arranged on the heat dissipation plate; the heat compensation assembly comprises a second heat rapid transfer assembly and a second heater arranged on the side plate, away from the heat dissipation plate, of the heat isolation cabin; and a program-controlled temperature acquisition system. The device provided by the invention can simulate all working conditions of a satellite load in an in-orbit space environment, can realize conversion of different working conditions without opening the tank, reduces air pumping and deflation of the vacuum tank, saves the satellite load heat balance test time, does not need frequent disassembly and assembly in the test process, and improves the test efficiency. And the risk caused by frequent disassembly and assembly to the satellite load is reduced.

    本发明涉及卫星载荷热平衡试验技术领域,尤其涉及一种卫星载荷真空热平衡试验热控装置,包括:支撑组件;安装于所述支撑组件上方的热量隔离舱;热量耗散组件,包括设于所述热量隔离舱其中一个侧板上的散热板、连接散热板和所述热量隔离舱的第一热量快速转移组件和设于所述散热板上的第一加热器;热量补偿组件,包括第二热量快速转移组件、设于热量隔离舱上远离散热板的侧板上的第二加热器;程控温度采集系统。本发明提供的装置可以模拟卫星载荷在轨空间环境的全部工况,同时可以实现在不开罐状态下进行不同工况的变换,减少真空罐的抽放气,节约卫星载荷热平衡试验时间,同时,试验过程中无需频繁拆装,减小频繁拆装对所述卫星载荷带来的风险。
