本发明涉及一种总段整体嵌入式的船舶建造方法,包括以下步骤:S1、工艺要求确定;S2、船体结构分析及分段;S3、分段建造:将各分段划分为多个组立,并分别建造合拢;机舱分段中平台拼板利用断板缝,拉开板缝10mm;将平台至主甲板区域的三个分段总组形成总段,位于两侧的两个分段向舷外各加10mm余量,首尾各加5mm余量,位于中部的分段主甲板拼板缝在船长方向拉开10mm间隙;S4、搭载阶段:对总段搭载开口进行精控控制,总段搭载开口需与总段外围数据匹配后修整平齐,间隙最大≤20mm;本发明通过预留总机上方分段的方式,在周边搭载完成后,总段整体吊装入内进行嵌入式搭载,缩短搭载周期。
