The invention relates to the technical field of ship inclination angle measurement, and discloses a ship inclination angle measuring device, a ship overall deformation measuring system and a ship overall deformation measuring method, which are simple, independent of satellites and free of territory influence, and can overcome direct influence of ship shaking caused by interference factors such as sea waves by installing an adjusting mechanism on a heavy vertical shaft.
