The invention relates to the technical field of steering systems, in particular to a control method for an automobile steer-by-wire system. The invention discloses a control method for an automobile steer-by-wire system. The control method specifically comprises the following steps: calculating a current steering wheel turning angle according to an electric signal input by a steering wheel angle sensor; the current rack position is calculated according to an electric signal input by a rack position sensor; the steering line angle transmission ratio is set at present according to the electric power steering system; calculating the deformation quantity of a virtual torsion bar according to the difference between the current steering wheel angle and the steering wheel angle at the current rack position; calculating a hand feeling feedback request torque according to the deformation quantity of the virtual torsion bar and the rigidity of the virtual torsion bar; the steering execution torque calculation module calculates the request torque of a steering rack actuator motor according to the hand feeling feedback request torque. Compared with the prior art, the steering rack actuator is used for sensing the acting force borne by the steering wheel, and the corresponding steering hand feeling is simulated in the steering wheel actuator.

    本发明涉及转向系统技术领域,具体的说是一种用于汽车线控转向系统的控制方法。一种用于汽车线控转向系统的控制方法,具体控制方法如下:根据方向盘角度传感器输入的电信号计算出当前方向盘转角;根据齿条位置传感器输入的电信号计算出当前齿条位置;根据电动助力转向系统当前设置的转向线角传动比;当前方向盘转角和当前齿条位置的方向盘角度作差,计算出虚拟扭杆的形变量;根据虚拟扭杆的形变量和虚拟扭杆的刚度计算出手感反馈请求力矩;转向执行力矩计算模块根据手感反馈请求力矩计算出对转向齿条执行器电机的请求扭矩。同现有技术相比,利用转向齿条执行器感知转向轮所受作用力,并在方向盘执行器中模拟出对应的转向手感的方法。
