The system comprises: a memory for storing one or more instructions; and a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions, the processor inputting input data related to steering of the vehicle to an artificial neural network model by executing the one or more instructions, obtaining steering-related estimation data output by the artificial neural network model, and outputting the steering-related estimation data to the artificial neural network model. And detecting whether the wheel actuating motor is abnormal or not by comparing the estimated data with measured data.
