The invention relates to the field of rail transit control systems, and discloses a rail transit intelligent control system and method based on the Internet of Things, and the system comprises a sensing layer which is integrated with a visual sensor, a thermal imaging sensor, a sound sensor, a pressure sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor, a CO2 sensor and other sensors, the sensing layer collects various data of the rail transit system in real time, and the sensing layer performs joint optimization processing on sensor data by adopting deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms through an adaptive data fusion method so as to realize high-precision real-time monitoring, data quality screening and anomaly detection; and the network layer comprises a wireless communication module and adopts an intelligent routing mechanism based on real-time network load prediction. A self-adaptive data fusion method is adopted by the sensing layer, and the sensing capability of the rail transit system is greatly improved through intelligent data processing, so that the system can realize real-time and accurate response to a complex traffic environment.
