The invention is suitable for the technical field of vehicle control, and provides a vehicle ejection starting control method and device and terminal device.The method comprises the steps that after it is detected that a driver has an ejection starting intention, the driving track of the vehicle during ejection starting is predicted according to vehicle parameters; evaluating the state of the road according to the road information and the driving track to obtain an evaluation result; and if the evaluation result shows that ejection starting is allowed, the vehicle is controlled to conduct ejection starting. Before the hybrid vehicle is subjected to ejection starting, the driving track of the vehicle during ejection starting is predicted according to the vehicle information, the state of the road is evaluated according to the driving track and the road information collected by the sensor, and ejection starting is performed when the state of the road is the allowable ejection starting. Safety of ejection starting is guaranteed through cooperation of multiple modules, and ejection starting accidents caused by the state of a road are avoided.
