The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a design method of a planetary gear train, a double-brake device and a winch speed reducer. The design method of the planetary gear train comprises the steps that an initial design parameter scheme is determined according to design requirements, and modeling is conducted through the initial design parameter scheme to obtain a planetary gear train simulation model; checking transmission parts in the planetary gear train according to the planetary gear train simulation model to obtain optimal design parameters; and establishing a gear meshing dynamics simulation model by utilizing the optimal design parameters, searching an optimal solution in an analysis result set by utilizing a neural network algorithm, and further determining target design parameters of the planetary gear train. According to the method, gear checking, bearing service life calculation and shaft strength checking are considered in the design process of the planetary gear train, the target design parameters are screened out from the multiple initial design parameters, the obtained target design parameters are optimal solutions, and therefore the performance of the transmission system obtained through design can reach the optimal index.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种行星轮系的设计方法、双制动装置及卷扬减速机。其中行星轮系的设计方法包括根据设计要求确定初始设计参数方案,利用初始设计参数方案建模得到行星轮系仿真模型;根据行星轮系仿真模型对行星轮系中的传动件进行校核,得到最优设计参数;利用最优设计参数建立齿轮啮合动力学仿真模型,利用神经网络算法在分析结果集合中寻找最优解,进而确定行星轮系的目标设计参数。本发明在行星轮系的设计过程中考虑到了齿轮的校核、轴承寿命计算、轴的强度校核,在多个初始设计参数中筛选出目标设计参数,得到的目标设计参数是最优解,因此设计得到的传动系统性能能够达到最优指标。
