Under the application of the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the regulation and control strategy of the air conditioning system of the living building better fits the real-time navigation state of a ship and the use requirements of personnel, air supply, air exchange and refrigeration of the air conditioner are adjusted in real time according to the distribution condition of the personnel in each living cabin at different time, and cold supply and air supply are increased when the personnel in the cabin gather; and when the number of people in the cabin is reduced or nobody exists, air supply is reduced or stopped, so that economy and energy conservation are realized.

    本发明提供了一种船舶生活楼智慧空调系统。本发明的另一个方面是提供了一种上述的船舶生活楼智慧空调系统的调控方法。本发明可以驱动中央空调系统各设备阀件根据实时负荷需求预先调节,避免由于住舱内外的负荷变动导致舱内室温长时间偏离设计值,影响舒适性。在本发明所公开技术方案应用下,生活楼空调系统的调控策略更贴合船舶实时航行状态以及人员的使用需求,空调送风、换气、制冷均是根据不同时间下人员在各住舱的分布情况实时调节,在舱内人员聚集时增大供冷送风;当舱内人员减少或无人时,减小或者关闭送风,从而实现经济节能。
