The invention belongs to the technical field of vacuum closestools, and particularly relates to an intelligent regulation and control system for a ship vacuum closestool, the intelligent regulation and control system comprises a vacuum closestool, a control unit, a monitoring unit and a controlled system, the monitoring unit is electrically connected with the data input end of the control unit through a wire, and the controlled system is electrically connected with the control end of the control unit through a wire. The monitoring unit comprises a personnel monitor, a dirt content monitor and a gas monitor, the controlled system comprises a vacuum sewage pump, a spraying system and an exhaust system, through combination of an advanced dirt detection algorithm and environmental parameters, precise cleaning control and air management are achieved, the resource utilization efficiency is optimized, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
