The invention relates to a fully brominated butyl rubber inner liner sizing material and a preparation method thereof. The fully brominated butyl rubber inner liner sizing material comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of brominated butyl rubber; 20 to 40 parts of low Mooney butyl regenerated rubber; 50 to 60 parts of carbon black; 5 to 8 parts of 204 resin; 1-3 parts of tackifying resin; 6-10 parts of a homogenizing agent; 0.3 to 0.8 part of stearic acid; 5-8 parts of naphthenic oil; 1.5 to 2.5 parts of an accelerant DM; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of zinc oxide; and 0.8 to 1.2 parts of insoluble sulfur IS7020. Compared with the prior art, the adhesive has high air tightness, good semi-finished product self-adhesion and the like.
