The invention relates to an airtight rubber material, a rubber material preparation method and a tire. Based on 100 parts by weight of airtight layer rubber in calculation, a tread reinforcing systemcomprises 40-70 parts of general carbon black, 0-20 parts of a flat silicate reinforcing material and 0-1.0 part of graphene; the graphene is prepared by adopting an oxidation-reduction method, has asingle-layer proportion of larger than 90%, is uniformly mixed into an aqueous solution according to a proportion of 0.4 permill, and is pre-dispersed into the general carbon black during production application, wherein the pre-dispersion mixing proportion is 0.5-1.0; the flat silicate reinforcing material is formed by double surface modification of natural clay minerals; the pH value of the flatsilicate reinforcing material is 9.2 when the concentration of the flat silicate reinforcing material is 10%; and the content of 325-mesh fine powder of the flat silicate reinforcing material is 0.03%. According to the invention, the graphene is prepared through the oxidation-reduction method, has the graphene single layer proportion of larger than 90%, and is uniformly mixed into the aqueous solution according to the proportion of 0.4 permill. Thus, the airtight three-dimensional steric hindrance of the airtight layer is significantly improved; the elasticity and flexibility of the rubber material are improved; and the airtight performance of the rubber material is improved.

    本发明涉及一种气密性胶料、胶料制备方法及轮胎,以基于100重量份气密层橡胶计算,胎面补强体系包含40~70份的通用炭黑、0~20份扁形硅酸盐补强材料和0~1.0份石墨烯;石墨烯采用氧化还原法制备单层比例大于90%并以4‰的比例均匀混合于水溶液中在生产应用时预分散到通用炭黑中,预分散混合比例为0.5‑1.0。扁形硅酸盐补强材料由天然粘土矿进行双重表面改性形成,扁形硅酸盐补强材料10%浓度时的pH值为9.2;325目细粉含量为0.03%。石墨烯通过氧化还原法制备,石墨烯单层比例大于90%,并以4‰的比例均匀混合于水溶液中。显著改进气密层不透气性的立体位阻,改善胶料弹性及屈挠性,改善胶料不透气性。
