The invention is applicable to the technical field of tower cranes, and provides an intelligent automatic factory tower crane which comprises a tower body and a balance arm rotationally mounted on the tower body, the balance arm is sleeved with the connecting frame in a sliding mode, and an electric capstan is installed at the top of the connecting frame and used for hoisting goods through a steel wire rope; the connecting plate is arranged at one end of the steel wire rope, and a hook for hanging a cargo rope and a hanging ring is mounted at the bottom of the connecting plate; the connecting ropes are arranged below the connecting frame and used for preventing the connecting plate from swinging, one ends of the connecting ropes are fixedly connected with the connecting plate, and the connecting ropes are arranged on the connecting plate in a triangular shape; and the intelligent control box is arranged on the tower body. According to the intelligent automatic factory tower crane provided by the scheme, through the arrangement of the steel wire rope and the connecting rope arranged in the triangular shape, goods can be effectively prevented from swinging during hoisting, and the hoisting use safety of the tower crane can be improved.

    本发明适用于塔吊技术领域,提供了一种智能自动化工厂塔吊,包括塔身和转动安装在所述塔身上的平衡臂;滑动套设在所述平衡臂上的连接框架,所述连接框架的顶部安装有电动绞盘,所述电动绞盘通过钢丝绳吊装货物;设于钢丝绳一端的连接板,且所述连接板的底部安装有用于挂设货物绳索、挂环的挂钩;设于所述连接框架下方用于防止连接板摇摆的一组连接绳,一组所述连接绳的一端均与所述连接板固定连接,且一组所述连接绳在所述连接板上呈三角形布置;安装在所述塔身上的智能控制箱。本方案提供的智能自动化工厂塔吊通过钢丝绳以及呈三角形布置的连接绳的设置,能够有效防止货物吊升时摆动,有利于提高塔吊吊装使用的安全性。
