The invention discloses a crown block cross-building working method, a crown block cross-building working control method, a crown block cross-building working control system and a cross-building material carrying system. A bridging channel with a closed section is arranged between two buildings, and meanwhile, the bridging channel is connected with a manual intervention track matched with each building; a station group matched with each building is arranged in the closed section, so that the crown block executing the forwarding request starts data switching at different stations and determines whether the data switching is completed or not, and the crown block is controlled to move to a relay point of the closed section or a manual intervention track according to the condition that the data switching is completed; according to the method, the crown block can be controlled by the TCS of the target building to enter the target building as soon as possible after data switching is completed, meanwhile, the crown block enters the manual intervention track to be manually intervened when data switching of the crown block is abnormal, other crown blocks are not interfered to execute a transfer request during data switching and manual intervention, and efficient cross-building operation of the crown block is facilitated.

    本发明揭示了一种天车跨建筑工作方法、天车跨建筑工作控制方法、系统及跨建筑物料搬运系统,本发明在两个建筑之间设置具有闭合区段的桥接通道,同时使桥接通道连接与每个建筑匹配的人工介入轨道,并在闭合区段设置与每个建筑匹配的站点组,从而使执行转送请求的天车在不同的站点处开始数据切换及确定数据切换是否完成,并根据数据切换完成的情况控制天车移动到闭合区段的中继点处或是人工介入轨道处,能够在天车完成数据切换后尽快由目标建筑的TCS控制进入到目标建筑,同时在天车数据切换异常时进入人工介入轨道处由人工介入,在数据切换和人工介入时,均不会干涉其他天车执行转送请求,有利于高效率的天车跨建筑作业。
