The invention relates to the field of lifting control, in particular to an anti-swing control device for a crane, which is provided with a feature acquisition module, a lifting analysis module and a lifting control module, collects data through the feature acquisition module, analyzes the form difference quantity of an underwater heavy object to be lifted in different reference directions through the lifting analysis module, and controls the lifting control module to control the lifting control module. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a fluid resistance difference characterization coefficient by combining the weight of a to-be-lifted weight, judging the fluid resistance difference category of the underwater to-be-lifted weight, adaptively controlling the crane to act subsequently according to the fluid resistance difference category, and particularly, determining the migration speed of the crane according to the fluid resistance difference characterization coefficient under the strong resistance difference category. And the migration state of the crane is adjusted according to the migration stability characterization value, so that the influence of swinging caused by uneven fluid resistance on the migration process when the underwater special-shaped object is migrated is reduced, and the migration safety and reliability are improved.

    本发明涉及起重控制领域,尤其涉及一种起重机防摇控制装置,本发明通过设置特征采集模块、起重分析模块以及起重控制模块,通过特征采集模块采集数据,通过起重分析模块分析水下待起重物在不同基准方向下的形态差异量,以结合待起重物的重量计算流体阻力差异表征系数,判定水下待起重物的流体阻力差异类别,后续依据流体阻力差异类别适应性的控制起重机动作,尤其是,在强阻力差异类别下,根据流体阻力差异表征系数,确定起重机的运移速度,依据运移稳定表征值调整起重机的运移状态,进而减少对水下异形物体进行运移时,因为流体阻力不均发生摆动对运移过程的影响,提高运移安全性和可靠性。
