The invention discloses a hoisting process which comprises the following steps: step 1, prefabricating an equipment frame, and moving the prefabricated equipment frame to an equipment mounting position; 2, vertically hoisting the filter press by using a crane, suspending the filter press, horizontally transporting the filter press, descending the filter press to an equipment frame, and fixing the filter press; a connecting block is arranged on a sling of the crane, four telescopic rope assemblies are connected to the connecting block, and a self-locking lifting hook is connected to each telescopic rope assembly. The self-locking lifting hook comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein one end of the first connecting rod is rotationally connected to the telescopic rope assembly; one end of the second connecting rod is rotationally connected with the other end of the first connecting rod, an elastic piece is connected between the other end of the second connecting rod and one end of the first connecting rod, a hook is rotationally connected to the other end of the second connecting rod, and a plugging rod is arranged at the other end of the second connecting rod and located at an opening of the hook. The filter press can be prevented from falling off.

    本发明公开一种吊装工艺,包括:步骤1:预制设备框架,将预制好的设备框架移至设备安装处;步骤2:用吊车垂直吊起压滤机,使之悬空后水平运输,下降至设备框架上,并固定;吊车的吊索上设有连接块,连接块上连接四个伸缩绳索组件,每一个伸缩绳索组件上连接一个自锁定吊钩;自锁定吊钩包括:第一连杆,第一连杆的一端转动连接于伸缩绳索组件;第二连杆,第二连杆的一端与第一连杆的另一端转动连接,第二连杆的另一端与第一连杆的一端之间连接弹性件,第二连杆的另一端上转动连接有挂钩,第二连杆的另一端上设有封堵杆,封堵杆位于挂钩的开口处。本发明通能够防止压滤机的脱落。
