The invention discloses an automatic ore drawing alignment system and method for a draw shaft, and the system comprises a precise positioning module which is used for measuring distance information and determining the initial position coordinates of an electric locomotive; the data acquisition and preprocessing module is used for acquiring the output data and the related operation data of the electric locomotive and preprocessing the output data and the related operation data; the AI model processing module is used for an AI model, performing analysis processing on the preprocessed data, and then performing image acquisition and processing; the alignment control module is used for comparing the accurate position information, output by the AI visual model processing module, of the electric locomotive with a preset alignment target position and generating a control instruction; and the execution equipment is used for receiving the control instruction of the positioning control module and controlling the start and stop of the electric locomotive according to the control instruction. According to the invention, automatic alignment of the electric locomotive to the ore drawing machine is realized through data acquisition and model processing. The mine car alignment efficiency is improved, the alignment time is shortened, and the overall automatic ore drawing efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种溜井自动放矿对位系统及方法,包括精准定位模块,用于测量距离信息并确定电机车初步位置坐标;数据采集与预处理模块,用于采集输出的数据及电机车的相关运行数据,并进行预处理;AI模型处理模块,用于AI模型,对预处理后的数据进行分析处理,再进行图像获取并处理;对位控制模块,用于根据AI视觉模型处理模块输出的电机车精确位置信息,与预设对位目标位置对比,生成控制指令;执行设备,用于接收定位控制模块的控制指令,并根据控制指令控制电机车的启动和停止。本发明通过采集数据利用模型处理,实现电机车对放矿机的自动对位。对提高矿车对位效率,减少对位时间,提高了整体自动放矿效率。
