The invention provides a pneumatic mechanism, a railway vehicle parking braking system and a control method.The pneumatic mechanism comprises a shell, two air holes are formed in the shell, a rotor is rotationally arranged in the shell, one end of the rotor extends out of the shell and is used for being connected with a driving shaft of a hand brake, a plurality of grooves are formed in the rotor in the axial direction, and the depth direction of the grooves is the radial direction of the rotor; a groove is formed in the shell, a fan blade is arranged in the groove in a sliding mode and can slide into the groove or partially slide out of the groove, an air channel is formed between the inner wall of the shell and the rotor, and the outer wall of the rotor is tangent to the inner wall of the shell, so that air flow in the air channel cannot pass through the tangent position of the rotor and the shell, and when the fan blade completely slides into the groove, one end of the fan blade is flush with the outer wall of the rotor. When the fan blade partially slides out of the groove, one end of the fan blade is attached to the inner wall of the shell in a sealed mode, and therefore air flow entering the air channel from one air hole can push the fan blade to be exhausted from the other air hole. Automatic braking and relieving functions are achieved through the auxiliary air cylinder, and the consistency of input torque is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种气动机构、铁路车辆驻车制动系统及控制方法,气动机构包括壳体,壳体上开设两个风孔,壳体内转动设置转子,转子的一端伸出壳体用于与手制动机的主动轴连接,转子沿轴向开设多个凹槽,凹槽的深度方向为转子的径向,凹槽中滑动设置风页,风页可滑入凹槽或部分滑出凹槽,壳体的内壁与转子之间形成风道,转子的外壁与壳体的内壁相切,使得风道中的风流无法通过转子和壳体的相切处,当风页完全滑入凹槽时,风页的一端与转子的外壁平齐,当风页部分滑出凹槽时,风页的一端与壳体的内壁密封贴合,使得从其中一个风孔中进入风道的风流会推动风页并从另一个风孔中排出。本发明利用副风缸实现了自动制动和缓解功能,保证了输入扭矩的一致性。
