The invention provides a pneumatic control unit of a railway vehicle braking system, which comprises a pressure control module, a gas path selection module and a pressure output control module, and is characterized in that the pressure control module is used for adjusting the pressure value of input total wind pressure according to a control instruction and then outputting control pressure to the gas path selection module; the gas path selection module is used for realizing that a plurality of control pressure inputs correspond to one output pressure to the pressure output control module according to the control instruction, or realizing that the plurality of control pressure inputs are output to the pressure output control module in parallel; and the pressure output control module is used for realizing connection and disconnection of input pressure of each pneumatic actuating mechanism. The pneumatic control unit has programmability, due to the existence of the pressure control module and the gas path selection module, after gas path sequential logic and pressure control logic in control software are rewritten, the pneumatic control unit can adapt to brake systems of different types of rail transit or motor train unit vehicles, and the pneumatic control unit has good universality.

    本发明提供了一种轨道车辆制动系统的气动控制单元,包括:压力控制模块、气路选择模块和压力输出控制模块,其中:压力控制模块用于根据控制指令对输入的总风压力进行压力值调节后输出控制压力至气路选择模块;气路选择模块用于根据控制指令实现多个控制压力输入对应一个输出压力至压力输出控制模块,或实现多个控制压力输入并行输出至压力输出控制模块;压力输出控制模块用于实现各气动执行机构输入压力的连通和截断。本发明的气动控制单元具有可编程性,压力控制模块和气路选择模块的存在使得对控制软件中的气路时序逻辑和压力控制逻辑进行改写后,即可适应不同类型轨道交通或动车组车辆的制动系统,具有良好的通用性。
