According to the system and the method, the posture of the passenger is analyzed in real time and the instant response is made according to the change, so that the delay possibly occurring during manual operation is reduced, the response speed and the start-stop efficiency of the vehicle are improved, and the automatic start-stop control of the vehicle is realized.
