The invention discloses a vehicle start-stop control method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises steps of an in-vehicle temperature value, an in-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value and an out-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value collected by a preset sensor being obtained; obtaining an engine start-stop signal according to the in-vehicle temperature value, and obtaining an air blower start-stop signal and an in-vehicle and out-vehicle circulation start-stop signal according to the in-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value and the out-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value; and performing start-stop control on the vehicle according to the engine start-stop signal, the air blower start-stop signal and the vehicle internal and external circulation start-stop signal. Compared with the prior art that cold air cannot be kept when an air conditioner is started when a start-stop function is involved, start-stop control is carried out on the vehicle according to an engine start-stop signal corresponding to the in-vehicle temperature value, an air blower start-stop signal corresponding to the in-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value, an air blower start-stop signal corresponding to the out-vehicle fine particulate matter concentration value and a vehicle internal and external circulation start-stop signal; therefore, the fuel consumption rate is reduced, and meanwhile the utilization rate of the start-stop function of the vehicle is increased.

    本发明公开了一种车辆启停控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:获取预设传感器采集的车内温度值、车内细颗粒物浓度值和车外细颗粒物浓度值;根据车内温度值获得发动机启停信号,并根据车内细颗粒物浓度值和车外细颗粒物浓度值获得鼓风机启停信号及车辆内外循环启停信号;根据发动机启停信号、鼓风机启停信号及车辆内外循环启停信号对车辆进行启停控制。相较于现有技术在启停功能介入时,空调开启不能保持冷风,而本发明中根据车内温度值对应的发动机启停信号、车内细颗粒物浓度值和车外细颗粒物浓度值对应的鼓风机启停信号及车辆内外循环启停信号对车辆进行启停控制,从而在降低燃油消耗率的同时,增加了车辆启停功能的使用率。
