The invention discloses a liquid cooling charger for a low-voltage forklift. The liquid cooling charger comprises a charging module, a liquid cooling module, a charging loop and a liquid cooling loop. One end of the charging loop is electrically connected with the charging module, and when the low-voltage forklift is charged, the other end of the charging loop is electrically connected with a battery of the low-voltage forklift; the liquid cooling loop comprises a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe, one end of the liquid inlet pipe and one end of the liquid outlet pipe are both connected with the liquid cooling module, when the low-voltage forklift is charged, the other end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with a liquid outlet of the battery, and the other end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a liquid inlet of the battery; a liquid cooling structure is integrated on the charging module, a first liquid cooling pipeline and a second liquid cooling pipeline are arranged on the liquid cooling structure, the first liquid cooling pipeline is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe, and the second liquid cooling pipeline is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe. The battery and the charger are respectively cooled in the charging process of the low-voltage forklift, so that the condition that the battery and the charger are severely heated under the condition of high-power charging is effectively avoided, and the charging efficiency is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开一种低压叉车用液冷充电机,包括:充电模块、液冷模块、充电回路和液冷回路。充电回路的一端与充电模块电连接,当低压叉车充电时,充电回路的另一端与低压叉车的电池电连接;液冷回路包括进液管和出液管,进液管和出液管的一端均与液冷模块相连,当低压叉车充电时,进液管的另一端与电池的出液口相连,出液管的另一端与电池的进液口相连;充电模块上集成有液冷结构,液冷结构上设置有第一液冷管路和第二液冷管路,第一液冷管路与进液管相连通,第二液冷管路与出液管相连通。通过在低压叉车充电的过程中分别对电池和充电机进行冷却降温,有效避免了电池和充电机在大功率充电的情况下剧烈发热的情况,显著提高了充电效率。
