The invention provides an intelligent adjusting system for a vehicle-mounted skylight, and aims to automatically adjust the opening and closing degree of the skylight and the position of a sun shield by monitoring external environmental factors in real time. The system comprises a plurality of key units: an environment sensor unit, a data processing unit, an automatic adjustment control unit, a safety protection unit and a user interaction unit. The environment sensor unit monitors external environment data in real time through temperature, humidity, wind speed, sunlight and other sensors; the data processing unit inputs the data into an intelligent algorithm to generate an optimal adjustment scheme; the automatic adjusting control unit automatically adjusts the skylight and the sun shield according to the adjusting scheme; the safety protection unit preferentially considers the safety of the driver and passengers in the adjusting process. The user interaction unit provides a touch screen or a voice assistant interface, and a user is allowed to manually adjust the position of the skylight and the position of the sun shield. According to the system, intelligent and personalized skylight adjustment can be realized according to different external environment changes, and the user experience is improved.
