The invention relates to an automobile skylight adjusting mechanism which is characterized in that a gearbox assembly comprises a box body and a transmission mechanism installed in the box body, a motor shaft of a motor is connected with the transmission mechanism to drive the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is connected with an output shaft to drive the output shaft, and the axis of the motor shaft is parallel to the axis of the output shaft; a worm of the transmission mechanism is fixedly connected with a motor shaft, an input bevel gear is fixedly connected with a worm shaft, an output bevel gear is fixedly connected with an output shaft, the worm is meshed with the input bevel gear to form first-stage worm bevel gear transmission, and the output bevel gear is meshed with the worm shaft to form second-stage worm bevel gear transmission. The worm and the output bevel gear are located on different sides of the worm shaft. According to the automobile sunroof adjusting mechanism, two-stage worm helical gear transmission is adopted, two-stage worms are not self-locked, the space layout is greatly saved, meanwhile, parallel arrangement of a motor shaft and an output shaft is achieved, the automobile sunroof adjusting mechanism can be suitable for the situation that the space is limited, and better NVH performance is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车天窗调节机构,齿轮箱总成包括箱体和安装于箱体内的传动机构,电机的电机轴与传动机构连接以驱动传动机构,传动机构与输出轴连接以驱动输出轴,电机轴的轴线与输出轴的轴线平行,传动机构的蜗杆与电机轴固定连接,输入斜齿轮与蜗杆轴固定连接,输出斜齿轮与输出轴固定连接,蜗杆与输入斜齿轮啮合形成第一级蜗杆斜齿轮传动,输出斜齿轮与蜗杆轴啮合形成第二级蜗杆斜齿轮传动,蜗杆与输出斜齿轮处于蜗杆轴的不同侧。根据本发明的汽车天窗调节机构,采用两级蜗杆斜齿轮传动,其中的两级蜗杆不自锁,极大的节省了空间布局,同时实现电机轴与输出轴平行布置,能够适用于空间受限的情况,具有更好的NVH表现。
