The invention provides an in-hole back-dragging assembly method for a rear matched trolley of a super-large-diameter shield tunnel. The in-hole back-dragging assembly method can solve the problems that in the prior art, in the back-dragging assembly process, materials are wasted, the occupied construction space is large, and the construction efficiency is low. Through the modular design and the reusable movable track panel track, the laying of rails and the use of other consumable materials are greatly reduced, meanwhile, the utilization of the construction space is optimized, the splicing efficiency of the shield tunneling machine is remarkably improved, and the movable track panel track comprises a back-dragging translation trolley and the movable track panel track; the back-dragging translation trolley comprises a square trolley body, two rows of walking steel wheels are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the trolley body, and square steel guide rails are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the trolley body. The movable track panel track is formed by splicing a plurality of movable track panel units, and auxiliary guide rails matched with the walking steel wheels are arranged on the left sides and the right sides of the tops of the movable track panel units.

    本发明提供一种超大直径盾构隧道后配套台车洞内回拖组装方法,能够解决现有技术中回拖组装过程中存在的材料浪费、施工空间占用大和施工效率低下等问题。通过模块化设计和可重复使用的移动轨排轨道,本发明大幅减少了铁轨的铺设及其他消耗性材料的使用,同时优化了施工空间的利用,显著提升了盾构机拼装的效率,其包括回拖平移台车和移动轨排轨道;所述回拖平移台车包括方形的车体,所述车体的底部左右两侧设有两排行走钢轮,所述车体的顶部左右两侧设有方钢导轨;所述移动轨排轨道由多块移动轨排单元拼装而成,多块移动轨排单元的顶部左右两侧设置有与所述行走钢轮配合的辅助导轨。
