The invention relates to a hoisting mechanism for a special-shaped large-section steel box girder and an operation method of the hoisting mechanism, and effectively solves the problems that the special-shaped large-section steel box girder cannot be stably hoisted and kept horizontal conveniently by an existing steel box girder hoisting mechanism and cannot be stably hoisted and the hoisting firmness cannot be ensured. According to the technical scheme, the hoisting mechanism for the special-shaped large-section steel box girder is provided with a bevel gear transmission assembly, a driving assembly, an adjustable rotating rod mechanism and a secondary adjusting mechanism, the driving assembly drives the adjustable rotating rod mechanism to rotate through the bevel gear transmission assembly, and the height of main hoisting ropes on the two sides can be adjusted; therefore, the horizontal state of the special-shaped steel box girder can be preliminarily adjusted through the main lifting rope, then the lifting height of the corresponding auxiliary lifting rope is adjusted through the secondary adjusting mechanism, the horizontal state of the special-shaped steel box girder is adjusted more accurately, the special-shaped steel box girder can be kept in the horizontal state, stable lifting is facilitated, and the special-shaped steel box girder can accurately correspond to a mounting part; the hoisting progress is accelerated.

    本发明涉及一种针对于异形大截面钢箱梁的吊装机构及其操作方法,本发明有效解决了现有的钢箱梁吊装机构不便于将异形大截面钢箱梁进行平稳吊装且保持水平,不能进行平稳吊装并保证吊装牢固性的问题;解决的技术方案包括:该针对于异形大截面钢箱梁的吊装机构通过伞齿轮传动组件、驱动组件、可调转杆机构和次级调节机构的设置,驱动组件通过伞齿轮传动组件带动可调转杆机构转动,能对两侧的主吊绳进行高度调节,从而能通过主吊绳对异形钢箱梁的水平状态进行初步调整,然后再通过次级调节机构调整对应辅助吊绳吊起高度,对异形钢箱梁水平状态进行更加精确的调节,使异形钢箱梁能保持水平状态,便于平稳吊装并准确的对应到安装部位,加快吊装进度。
