The invention belongs to a helicopter assembly technology, and relates to a coaxiality installation and calibration method for a folding transmission shaft of a helicopter. A folding shaft is limited through a folding shaft length adjusting tool, a spring in the folding shaft is compressed through thread tightening, the length of the folding shaft is further shortened, the length of the folding shaft is made to be smaller than the assembling distance between the two sides, after the folding shaft is smoothly installed, the adjusting tool is gradually loosened, the spring is gradually loosened, the concave-convex fluted disc ends are meshed, and one end of a flange plate is in butt joint and fastened. After the folding shaft is mounted, a group of laser emission receivers are mounted at the two ends of the folding shaft through a bracket; through a disc paddle, the two laser emission receivers receive motion tracks of the two laser beams, actually-measured axes at the two ends of the folding shaft are simulated, the angle and position deviation of the two axes are calculated, and a model is generated; and calculating the thickness of an adjusting gasket below a folding shaft connecting end product according to fitting of the deviation model and a theoretical axis, and completing installation of the folding shaft according to a final state. After the folding shaft is installed, the acting force of the spring is released in the shaft system, and coaxiality calibration is carried out. The influence of the internal spring force on the axis calibration result after the folding shaft is installed in a traditional pre-calibration mode is avoided, and the calibration accuracy and the assembly efficiency are remarkably improved.
本发明属于直升机装配技术,涉及一种直升机折叠式传动轴同轴度安装及校准方法;通过折叠轴长度调整工装,对折叠轴进行限位,通过螺纹缩紧进而压缩折叠轴内部弹簧,进一步缩短折叠轴长度,使之小于两侧装配间距,顺利安装折叠轴后逐渐松开调整工装,弹簧逐渐放松,使凹凸齿盘端相啮合,将法兰盘一端对接紧固;在折叠轴完成安装后,通过支架将一组激光发射接收器安装在折叠轴两端;通过盘桨,两激光发射接收器上接收两激光线束的运动轨迹,模拟出折叠轴两端实测轴线,计算出两轴线角度及位置偏差并生成模型;根据偏差模型与理论轴线拟合计算出与折叠轴连接端产品下方调整垫片的厚度,并按最终状态完成折叠轴的安装。折叠轴安装后,弹簧作用力释放在轴系中,进行同轴度校准。避免传统预先校准的方式,折叠轴安装后内部弹簧力对轴线校准结果的影响,显著提高了校准的准确性和装配效率。
