The invention provides a large ship tail casting installation method which comprises the steps that a tail casting section AG02 is moved to an AGV flat car after being subjected to laser measurement of a total station to be qualified, and the AGV flat car is moved to a tail closing position through an automatic guiding device; a head and tail target frame workbench and a laser total station for irradiation are erected in the tail area of a dock gate of the dock, and datum points of head and tail bull's eyes of all channels in a closed hull structure are made; moving an AGV flat car to the tail area of the AG02 mounting section, scanning the shaft hole center line of the tail section through a laser instrument on the AGV flat car, controlling the axis of the AG02 inserting section to be consistent with the datum points of the head target center and the tail target center of the tail casting section, adjusting the position of the target center of each auxiliary light target to be concentric with the axis of the initially-determined tail section, and adjusting the position of the target center of each auxiliary light target; the center of a tail casting hole of the AG02 insertion section is controlled to coincide with the centers of a head target frame workbench and a tail target frame workbench; and performing insertion positioning on the AG02 insertion section. According to the installation method, the ship production plan implementation is ensured, and the phenomenon that the dock period is prolonged due to tail casting lag is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种大型船舶尾铸件安装方法,包括将尾铸分段AG02经全站仪激光测量合格后移至AGV平板车上,AGV平板车通过自动引导装置移至尾部合拢位置;在船坞的坞门尾部区域架设首尾靶架工作台和照光用激光全站仪,并作好已合拢船体结构中各道的首尾靶心的基准点;再将AGV平板车移至AG02安装段的尾部区域,通过AGV平板车上激光仪扫描尾部分段的轴孔中心线,控制AG02插入段轴心与尾铸分段的首尾靶心基准点一致,调整各个辅助光靶靶心的位置,使之与初定尾部分段轴线同心,控制AG02插入段的尾铸孔中心与首尾靶架工作台的中心重合;将AG02插入段进行插入定位。本发明的安装方法,确保了船舶生产计划实施,没有因尾铸滞后,而造成船坞周期延长。
