The invention discloses a rail transit whole-line screening-free method and system based on axle counting state monitoring, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting a fault report and reporting the communication state of a computer interlocking subsystem when an entrance of a region controller is monitored to be abnormal; due to the fact that the data storage unit establishes communication with the axle counting subsystem, the data storage unit can obtain and process the physical section state sent by the axle counting subsystem, determine the occupied/idle state of the entrance monitoring axle counting, carry out entrance monitoring judgment and send a whole-line screening-free mark to the area controller, and the area controller sends the whole-line screening-free mark to the area controller. And after the computer interlocking subsystem and the area controller recover communication, the area controller rapidly screens the fault train. By using the communication between the data storage unit and the axle counting subsystem and monitoring the state of the axle counting at the inlet, the normal state of the whole-line screening-free mark is maintained when the communication between the computer interlocking subsystem and the area controller fails, and the usability of the whole-line screening-free function is improved.

    本申请公开一种基于计轴状态监测的轨道交通全线免筛方法及系统,区域控制器入口监测异常时发送故障报告并汇报计算机联锁子系统的通信状态,若计算机联锁子系统与区域控制器发生通信故障,由于数据存储单元与计轴子系统建立通信,数据存储单元可获取计轴子系统发送的物理区段状态并进行处理,确定入口监测计轴的占用/空闲状态,数据存储单元进行入口监测判定,将全线免筛标志下发至区域控制器,当计算机联锁子系统与区域控制器恢复通信后,使得区域控制器为故障列车快速筛选。通过利用数据存储单元与计轴子系统的通信,并监测入口处计轴的状态,在计算机联锁子系统与区域控制器通信故障时维持全线免筛标志的正常状态,提高全线免筛功能的可用性。
