A battery management method of an electric vehicle is suitable for the electric vehicle. First, whether an abnormal state occurs in the electric vehicle is detected. When the electric vehicle is in an abnormal state, warning information is transmitted to a far-end server through a network, and the warning information comprises vehicle identification data of the corresponding electric vehicle or battery identification data of at least one battery of the corresponding electric vehicle. Afterwards, the far-end server marks the battery of the electric vehicle according to the vehicle identification data or the battery identification data, and the marked battery cannot be subjected to battery exchange operation. The invention further provides the electric vehicle adopting the battery management method of the electric vehicle and a computer program product for executing the battery management method of the electric vehicle.
