The invention discloses a thermal management control method and system under a low-electric-quantity working condition, a medium and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether the state of charge of a single battery is smaller than a preset second threshold value and larger than a preset third threshold value or not under the condition that a vehicle has a refrigeration demand and the state of charge of the single battery is smaller than a preset first threshold value; if yes, whether a compressor of the vehicle refrigerates a cab and/or a battery monomer of the vehicle or not is judged; under the condition that the cab and the single battery are refrigerated, a cab refrigeration stop valve is controlled to be forbidden to be closed, and heat management is conducted on the single battery; or under the condition that the battery monomers are refrigerated, performing thermal management on the battery monomers; or under the condition that the cab is refrigerated, the cab refrigeration stop valve is controlled to be forbidden to be closed, and the compressor is controlled to be forbidden to operate. Therefore, by adopting the embodiment of the invention, the working mode of the thermal management system can be dynamically adjusted, and the power consumption is reduced and the energy management of the whole vehicle is optimized on the premise of ensuring that the battery is not overheated.

    本申请公开了一种低电量工况下的热管理控制方法、系统、介质及电子设备,方法包括:在车辆存在制冷需求且电池单体的荷电状态小于预设第一阈值的情况下,判断电池单体的荷电状态是否小于预设第二阈值且大于预设第三阈值;如果是,判断车辆的压缩机是否对车辆的驾驶室和/或电池单体制冷;在为驾驶室和电池单体制冷的情况下,控制驾驶室制冷截止阀禁止闭合,对电池单体进行热管理;或者,在为电池单体制冷的情况下,对电池单体进行热管理;或者在为驾驶室制冷的情况下,控制驾驶室制冷截止阀禁止闭合以及压缩机禁止运行。因此,采用本申请实施例,可动态调整热管理系统的工作模式,在保证电池不过热的前提下,减少电量消耗,优化整车的能量管理。
