The invention discloses an electric quantity balance control method and device based on a WLTC working condition, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining temperature information and altitude information when a vehicle enters a power-on state; according to the temperature information and the altitude information, determining a pre-calibrated primary correction interval, a pre-calibrated balance interval and a pre-calibrated delta SOC, and performing first correction on a preset initial target SOC to obtain a primary correction target SOC; when the primary correction target SOC is in a primary correction interval and a vehicle power enable signal is detected, acquiring an actual SOC sent by a battery controller; when the actual SOC is in the balance interval, determining a secondary correction target SOC according to the actual SOC and the delta SOC, and taking the secondary correction target SOC as a reference value for controlling the vehicle engine to charge and discharge the battery; calculating the SOC variation of the battery according to the voltage and current fed back by the battery controller; and according to the actual SOC and the battery SOC variation, determining an output SOC sent by the vehicle control unit. Thus, the requirement of electric quantity balance on the initial battery electric quantity of the test under the WLTC working condition is lowered, balance can be achieved quickly when the CS electric quantity keeping test under the WLTC working condition is carried out after the battery electric quantity is within a certain range, and the number of times of hub rotating tests is reduced.
本发明公开一种基于WLTC工况的电量平衡控制方法及装置,通过当车辆进入上电状态时,获取温度信息及海拔信息;根据温度信息及海拔信息,确定预先标定的一次修正区间、平衡区间及ΔSOC,并对预设的初始目标SOC进行第一次修正,得到一次修正目标SOC;在一次修正目标SOC处于一次修正区间,且检测到车辆动力使能信号时,获取电池控制器发送的实际SOC;在实际SOC处于平衡区间时,根据实际SOC及ΔSOC,确定二次修正目标SOC,并作为控制车辆发动机对电池充放电的基准值;根据电池控制器反馈的电压及电流,计算电池SOC变化量;根据实际SOC及电池SOC变化量,确定整车控制器发送的输出SOC。如此,降低了在WLTC工况下电量平衡对试验初始电池电量的要求,使得在电池电量处于一定范围内再进行WLTC工况的CS电量保持试验时,能够快速达到平衡,减小转毂试验次数。
