The invention discloses a hydraulic active suspension system with a multi-mode switching function and a control method of the hydraulic active suspension system. The hydraulic active suspension system comprises a sensing module, a control module and a hydraulic suspension module. The sensing module is used for sensing road condition information and a vehicle state; the control module is used for working condition identification, working mode selection and hydraulic suspension module control; the hydraulic suspension module comprises a left front single-wheel suspension system, a left rear single-wheel suspension system, a right front single-wheel suspension system and a right rear single-wheel suspension system, the hydraulic suspension module achieves rapid switching of all the single-wheel suspension systems among a semi-active mode, a slow mode, a rapid mode, a pressurizing mode and a power generation mode through a mode switching valve, and mode switching of all the single-wheel suspension systems can be independently controlled. And the hydraulic suspension module has more flexible and diversified mode combinations. According to the technical scheme, the mode switching of the active suspension is controlled, the problem that an existing active suspension is single in mode and difficult to adapt to complex and changeable road conditions is solved, and the comprehensive performance of an active suspension system is improved.

    本发明公开一种具有多模式切换功能的液压主动悬架系统及其控制方法,包括:感知模块、控制模块和液压悬架模块;所述感知模块用于感知路况信息和车辆状态;所述控制模块用于工况辨识、工作模式选择以及液压悬架模块控制;所述液压悬架模块包括左前、左后、右前、右后四组单轮悬架系统,液压悬架模块利用模式切换阀实现各单轮悬架系统在半主动模式、缓和模式、快速模式、充压模式和发电模式之间的快速切换,各单轮悬架系统的模式切换可独立控制,使液压悬架模块具有更加灵活多样的模式组合。采用本发明的技术方案,通过控制主动悬架模式切换,解决现有的主动悬架模式单一而难以适应复杂多变路况问题,提升主动悬架系统综合性能。
