The invention relates to a double-mode hydraulic suspension system and a control method thereof.The system comprises four identical subsystems, an ECU and a control module connected with an ECU controller, each subsystem corresponds to a wheel, and each subsystem comprises a suspension spring, a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, a one-way electromagnetic damping valve, a servo valve and a high-pressure energy accumulator; the control module comprises a high-pressure energy accumulator end pressure sensor, a low-pressure energy accumulator end pressure sensor, a one-way conduction valve, a one-way hydraulic pump, a motor and a low-pressure energy accumulator. In each subsystem, a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the double-acting hydraulic cylinder are connected with the two one-way electromagnetic damping valves respectively, the servo valve is a three-position five-way servo valve and comprises an upper position state, a middle position state and a lower position state, the servo valve is connected with the two one-way electromagnetic damping valves, and meanwhile the servo valve is connected with the control module. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of improving the smoothness and handling stability of a vehicle body, reducing time lag and the like.
本发明涉及一种双模式液压悬架系统及其控制方法,系统包括四个相同的子系统、ECU以及与ECU控制器连接的控制模块,每个子系统对应一个车轮,所述子系统包括悬架弹簧、双作用液压缸、单向电磁阻尼阀、伺服阀和高压蓄能器,所述控制模块包括高压蓄能器端压力传感器、低压蓄能器端压力传感器、单向导通阀、单向液压泵、电机、低压蓄能器;每个子系统中,所述双作用液压缸的有杆腔与无杆腔分别与两个单向电磁阻尼阀连接,所述伺服阀为三位五通伺服阀,包含上位、中位、下位三种状态,伺服阀连接两个单向电磁阻尼阀,同时伺服阀连接控制模块。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高车身的平顺性和操纵稳定性并降低时滞等优点。
