When it is detected that the vehicle is close to the obstacle and possibly brakes, the corresponding target damping coefficient can be calculated and determined according to the obtained brake related signal, and the electric control shock absorber in the vehicle is controlled according to the target damping coefficient to generate the corresponding damping force before real braking; therefore, the pitching condition of the vehicle caused by follow-up braking is counteracted or weakened, and the actual driving experience is improved.
