The method comprises the steps that if it is detected that the vehicle is in an energy recovery state, the current braking torque of a hydraulic braking system in the vehicle and the current recovery torque of a driving motor in the vehicle are obtained; determining a target brake torque of the hydraulic brake system based on the current brake torque and the current recovery torque; and if it is detected that the vehicle tends to be locked, the hydraulic braking system is controlled to output the target braking torque so that the vehicle can be braked. Based on the scheme, the driving safety of the vehicle can be improved when the braking energy of the vehicle is recovered.
