The permanent magnet traction motor comprises a motor base, a rotor, a stator and ventilation rib plates, a cooling water channel is formed in the circumferential side of the inner wall of the motor base, the rotor and the stator are both arranged in the motor base, an air gap is formed between the rotor and the stator, and ventilation holes are formed in the rotor; the ventilation rib plate is arranged on the outer wall of the motor base and extends in the axial direction, an air channel is formed between the ventilation rib plate and the outer wall of the motor base, and the air channel is communicated with the air gap and the ventilation hole. According to the permanent magnet traction motor, the external installation space of the motor is fully utilized, and the effective size of the motor is reduced; the cooling water channel is formed on the peripheral side of the inner wall of the motor base, and the air channel and the cooling water channel are located on the inner wall and the outer wall of the motor base respectively, so that the cooling water channel can cool circulating air in the air channel, the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor is improved, and the temperature rise speed of the motor is reduced.
本申请公开了一种永磁牵引电机,包括电机机座、转子、定子及通风筋板,电机机座的内壁周侧形成有冷却水道,转子与定子均设置于电机机座内,且两者之间形成有气隙,转子内形成有通风孔;通风筋板设置于电机机座的外壁上并沿轴向延伸,通风筋板与电机机座的外壁之间形成风道,风道与气隙、通风孔分别连通。上述永磁牵引电机充分利用了电机的外部安装空间,减小了电机的有效体积;且电机机座的内壁周侧形成冷却水道,风道与冷却水道分别位于电机机座的内壁和外壁,使冷却水道能够对风道内的循环风起到降温的作用,提高了电机的散热效率,降低了电机的温升速度。
