The invention discloses a roadside berth management system and method, and relates to the technical field of roadside berth management, and the system comprises a geomagnetic induction module, a line pressing detection module, a voice guidance module, an overtime judgment module, a charging setting module, a charging management module, and an occupation management module. Compared with a traditional automatic charging means, the roadside parking space management system and the roadside parking space management method have the advantages that whether line pressing violation occurs in parking or not is detected and recognized, different charging modes are adopted according to different parking conditions, additional charges are charged for violation parking behaviors, different charging rules are further set according to different violation parking behaviors, and the charging efficiency is improved. According to the method, charging is specifically carried out on the condition that whether a public pass area is occupied illegally or an adjacent parking space is occupied illegally, so that corresponding parking fees are paid according to different influence degrees caused by different illegal parking conditions, accurate parking charging is truly achieved, standard parking is facilitated, and the parking space utilization rate is improved.

    本发明公开了一种路侧泊位管理系统及方法,涉及路侧泊位管理技术领域,包括地磁感应模块、压线检测模块、语音指导模块、超时判断模块、计费设置模块、计费管理模块、占用管理模块。该路侧泊位管理系统及方法,相较于传统的自动计费手段,通过检测识别泊车是否出现压线违规,以针对不同的泊车情况采取不同的计费方式,实现对违规的泊车行为收取额外费用,更是进一步的针对不同的违规泊车设有不同的计费规则,具体为对违规占用的是公共通行区域还是相邻车位空间进行区分收费,以便根据不同违规泊车情况所造成的影响程度不同支付对应的泊车费用,真正实现了精准泊车计费,有利于促进规范泊车,从而提升泊位利用率。
