The invention discloses a roadside berth state change analysis method and system. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a vehicle berth included angle according to vehicle three-dimensional bottom edge information and berths in a world coordinate system; performing license plate detection on each vehicle in the second roadside monitoring image to obtain license plate information of each vehicle, and judging whether the license plate information of the vehicle in the second roadside monitoring image is consistent with known license plate information of the vehicle in the first roadside monitoring image; if the license plate information of the vehicle in the first roadside monitoring image is consistent with the known license plate information of the vehicle in the second roadside monitoring image in the same parking space, the parking space does not change; if the unique vehicle exists in the second roadside monitoring image, the license plate information of the vehicle in the first roadside monitoring image is inconsistent with the known license plate information of the vehicle in the second roadside monitoring image, the vehicle berth included angle in the first roadside monitoring image is smaller than an included angle threshold value, and the vehicle berth included angle in the second roadside monitoring image is smaller than the included angle threshold value, determining that the vehicle berth included angle exists in the first roadside monitoring image; and changing the vehicle in the parking space.

    本发明公开一种路侧泊位状态变化分析方法以及系统。方法包括:根据世界坐标系中车辆三维底边信息与泊位计算车辆泊位夹角;对第二路侧监控图像中每个车辆进行车牌检测,获得每个车辆的车牌信息,并判断第二路侧监控图像中车辆的车牌信息与第一路侧监控图像中车辆的已知车牌信息是否一致;若同一泊位内,第一路侧监控图像中车辆的车牌信息与第二路侧监控图像中车辆的已知车牌信息一致,则泊位无变化;若第二路侧监控图像中存在唯一车辆,且第一路侧监控图像中车辆的车牌信息与第二路侧监控图像中车辆的已知车牌信息不一致,且第一路侧监控图像中车辆泊位夹角小于夹角阈值,且第二路侧监控图像中车辆泊位夹角小于夹角阈值,则泊位内换车。
