The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft modal tests, in particular to an aircraft modal test method. Comprising the following steps: S1, firstly, selecting a plurality of groups of suspension positions on an aircraft, sequentially suspending the aircraft at the plurality of groups of suspension positions by using a rigid cable, respectively measuring and recording modal frequencies and vibration modes of the aircraft, and selecting the suspension position corresponding to the lowest modal frequency as a test suspension position; s2, sequentially using elastic cables with different rigidities at the test suspension position for suspension, respectively measuring and recording the modal frequency and the vibration mode of the aircraft, and selecting the elastic cable with the corresponding rigidity when the modal frequency is the lowest as a test suspension rope; and S3, carrying out suspension at the test suspension position by using the test suspension rope, and repeating the test to obtain modal test data of the aircraft. According to the method provided by the invention, the interference of the suspension rigidity and the suspension position on a test result can be avoided, the test result is more accurate, and test result standardization is easier to establish.

    本发明涉及飞行器模态试验技术领域,尤其是涉及一种飞行器模态试验方法。包括以下步骤:S1.首先在飞行器上选择多组悬吊位置,使用刚性索分别在多组悬吊位置依次进行悬吊,分别测量并记录飞行器的模态频率和振型,选择模态频率最低时对应的悬吊位置为试验悬吊位置;S2.在所述试验悬吊位置处依次使用不同刚度的弹性索进行悬吊,分别测量并记录飞行器的模态频率和振型,选择模态频率最低时对应刚度的弹性索为试验悬吊绳;S3.采用试验悬吊绳在试验悬吊位置处进行悬吊,重复试验,得到飞行器的模态试验数据。本发明提供的方法能够避免悬吊刚度和悬吊位置对试验结果的干扰,试验结果更加准确,更容易建立试验结果标准化。
