The invention relates to an aircraft thermal modal test heating device which comprises a tested aircraft and a heating device, the tested aircraft is arranged on the heating device, the heating device comprises a movable base, a fixed support, a lamp tube fixing plate, a quartz lamp tube and a regulation and control device, and the fixed support is arranged on the movable base; the lamp tube fixing plate is arranged on the fixing support, the inner side size of the lamp tube fixing plate is similar to the cross section size of the tested aircraft, and the lamp tube fixing plate is correspondingly arranged according to the shape of the tested aircraft so as to adapt to aircrafts with different shapes; the quartz lamp tube is arranged on the lamp tube fixing plate; and the regulating device is arranged on the fixed bracket and is used for regulating the temperature of the quartz lamp tube. The beneficial effects of the invention lie in that: 1, a thermal environment can be applied to tested aircrafts with different shapes in a modal experiment; 2, the influence of aerodynamic heating in flight can be effectively simulated, and the thermal modal characteristics of the aircraft can be obtained; and 3, the design is reasonable, the maintenance cost is low, and the universality is extremely high.

    本发明涉及一种飞行器热模态试验加热装置,包括被测飞行器及加热装置,被测飞行器设于加热装置上,加热装置包括活动底座、固定支架、灯管固定板及石英灯管及调控装置,固定支架设于活动底座上;灯管固定板设于固定支架上,且灯管固定板的内侧尺寸与被测飞行器的横截面尺寸相似,用于根据被测飞行器的形状对应设置,以适应不同外形的飞行器;石英灯管设于灯管固定板上;调控装置设于固定支架上,用于调节石英灯管的温度。本发明的有益效果在于:1、可在模态实验中给不同形状的被测飞行器施加热环境;2、可有效模拟在飞行中受到气动加热的影响,获取飞行器的热模态特性;3、设计合理、维护成本低,具有极高的通用性。
