Then four rotating handles are respectively rotated to enable the bidirectional screw rod to rotate, and due to the fact that a sliding block is limited in a limiting groove, two first threaded blocks can horizontally move inwards on the outer surface of the bidirectional screw rod at the same time, so that two fastening rings can clamp and fix a pin of the offshore photovoltaic platform, and the platform can be fixed; and during transferring, the device is not contacted with the ship deck, so that the ship deck is prevented from being collided and damaged.
