The invention discloses an offshore photovoltaic platform connecting structure. The offshore photovoltaic platform connecting structure comprises a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure which are arranged between two adjacent offshore photovoltaic platform modules; wherein the first connecting structure is used for connecting the two adjacent offshore photovoltaic platform modules, and the first connecting structure is configured to enable pitching to be achieved between the two adjacent offshore photovoltaic platform modules; the second connecting structure is used for assisting in connecting the two adjacent offshore photovoltaic platform modules, and the second connecting structure is a flexible structure so as to resist extrusion force and tensile force between the two adjacent offshore photovoltaic platform modules. The invention further provides an offshore photovoltaic platform module system applying the connecting structure. Partial bending moment load between the modules can be offset, the fatigue strength is improved, extrusion force and pulling force between the modules are resisted, the design load of a deck is reduced, and connection, separation and maintenance work of the modules is facilitated.
